Confluence runs two live competitions with real money attached. They are connected on purpose — the team that wins the hackathon skips the heats and goes straight to the Showdown final.
From a working build to the final, in two days.
The hackathon winner is announced on Day 1 and goes straight into the Startup Showdown final — skipping the Pitch Floor heats entirely, same investors, no application required. It is the shortest path from a working prototype to a term sheet conversation anywhere on the schedule.
Applications open with registration.
Hackathon teams register on the day with any conference pass. Showdown applications are reviewed by the programming committee, with decisions 45 days out.
The Innovation Hub
The Floor Where Deals Start.
Frontier AI labs, infrastructure platforms, robotics, wearables, and clinical-AI platforms — demoing to the people who buy, fund, and deploy. Opens Day 1, runs to the close.

At its core, Confluence is a bridge. Build India is the initiative making that bridge real — channeling capital, builders, and philanthropy between India and Silicon Valley to build a lasting technology corridor — anchored, for this edition, in the Bengal corridor.

The Hub is curated, not first-come. Companies are selected to spread across these categories so the floor reads as a map of the frontier rather than forty variations on the same pitch.

The Hub sits on the path between the keynote hall and the forum rooms, so foot traffic is the whole conference rather than a side hall people skip.
Exhibit packages
Three Ways Onto the Floor.
Every package includes floor presence for all three days, listing in the printed and digital directory, and passes for the staff working your space.
Package rates are held for founding exhibitors and step up with the general pass price. Startup Alley is reserved for companies under three years old with under $5M raised, verified after application.
